I sent you the email because in this difficult time of my life, I have no friend to turn to. I do not know whom to trust and I believe it is better for me to rely on a stranger than on someone who knows me and may have a hidden agenda. I do not mean trouble. I am only trying not to lose all that I have worked for. The problems in Libya is not my fault and it is getting out of hand as the war persist and I envisage it getting worst as soul has been lost. I am a businessman, not a politician. I am just unfortunate to be related to Muammar Muhammad al-Gaddafi. This is my only sin. Now I am viewed as a loyalist.
Now all my assets in Europe, Canada, the United States and other part of Asia are frozen because of this tie in name relation and they thought I would have been a means for Al-Gaddafi to move his asset, therefore any asset related to his name are being frozen for further investigation . I am fortunate to have moved some physical assets out earlier in January for safe-keeping but I am afraid that in time, these assets may be traced to me. These assets are kept in my name in a Trust Company in two boxes for safe-keeping. I need the assets to be transferred to another person's name immediately so that it is not confiscated by the regulatory authorities. As long as it is in my name or name that related to Al-Gaddafi,It will be confisticated in time to come to check mate Al-Gaddafi's excess as they say.Leaving this physical asset in my name can facilitate taken it away from me but in another person's name, it will be safe. I want to move the capital for profit purposes into your
country/enterprise and as such I would like to make contact with people like you residing in that country for your assistance. The Safe Holding company does not know the contents of the boxes and should not be disclosed, though they would have an idea since only valuables are kept in a that kind of company. I would however feel safer if the boxes are moved from the present location in order to break any link they have to me.
If you want to assist me this is all what you have to do; you will help me make contact with the Safe Holding company for the release of the boxes to you as my beneficiary because I cannot travel out of Libya right now because of the war. You must accept delivery of the boxes.
I promise to compensate you 30% of the total amount involve upon receipt of the trunk box. Please help me. It is all I have worked for all my life.
Please note, I will not in anyway be involved in the processes as I do not want a link to this, If you feel comfortable, willing and Able to handling this transaction single handedly without my involvement, please reply to my proposal if not, there is no need to proceed with this proposal.
You will need to follow my instruction strictly in order to achieve our goal.
What I need you to do are as follows:
1. You should make arrangements with the Safe company to secure the boxes on my behalf.
2. You will be given the right to 30% of the total asset for your assistance and 5% of the assets would be set aside for reimbursement of any kind of expenses incurred as a result of this transaction by both parties.
3. As soon as you confirm to me by e-mail your readiness to claim the boxes from the company, I will send my Security number and opening code number of the safe boxes to you and also the Company's information.
4. Please note that this project is 100% risk free but you must be kept confidential with strong commitment that you will not let me down at all. I will make arrangements to get the court documents that would necessitate you to be my beneficiary and this documents will allow you deposit the capital to any account of your choice safely in your country. KORANG RASA LEH CAYA KE... nampak benor nipunya... bak kata usop. so korang jgn le cepat caya sgt email berantai ni. Tak der faedah nyer sebb semua asset regime Muamar Gadaffi ni dah kena bekukan.. so takder jalan lain tuk bawk keluar . Kalo yer pun nak tipu, takan la cakap pilih stranger tuk berurusan , sebb kalo barang berharga, kita mesti cari orang yang betul2 leh kita percaya.. so moral of the story ..LU pikirlah sendiri..(Pinjm trademark Nabil)
